Brian Gibson started into photography in early elementary school with old 110 cameras and by 5th grade, had begun working with a 35mm Mamiya/Sekor and doing his own darkroom work, developing his own film and doing custom prints by hand. His work in 35mm continued through secondary schooling (earning several awards for his photography in the process), until the advent of digital photography reached a useful level of quality. Involvement in Exposure (Worcester Polytechnic Institute's photography club) earned him more recognitions and advanced his skill sets, both in photography and in post-production. Since that time (a decade ago), his skills and experience have constantly been challenged and expanded at every opportunity. His photos have been seen in county fairs, various publications, and hang on many walls.

Past photo shoots have included studies of O`ahu Hawai`i, Rome, Venice, and the Isle of Capri in Italy, the historic Biltmore Estate and Richmond Hill Inn in Asheville, NC, the Blue Ridge Parkway through North Carolina and Virginia, serving as House Photographer for Theatre North, weddings, custom portraits, and an extensive amount of New England scenery (where he resides). He has an eye for unusual shots, often visible for only a split-second, and capturing them on film.
