Indian Squash Recipe

  3 Zucchini  3/4 tsp. Coriander (whole) 
  2 Summer Squash  1/2 tsp. Malabar Black Pepper (coarse-ground) 
  2 1/2 Tbsp. Gibson Gardens Southasian Oil  pinch Hot Madras Curry 
       pinch Clove (powdered) 


Directions:

Slice zucchini and summer squash into 1/8"-1/4" pieces.

Saute in Southasian oil with whole coriander, coarse-ground pepper, curry, and clove powder.



Notes:

Excellent side dish for Curried Chicken Saag.
