A cooking oil brewed with a variety of combined techniques in small batches, our Sundried Tomato Oil is our newest product, the result of recent experimentation.

Based in a carefully-chosen blend of oils, a variety of sundried tomatoes are marinated, grilled, roasted, and broiled with select spices and other ingredients to bring out the smoky tangy-ness of the tomatoes and other flavours.

Each batch has its own unique flavor and character.

Great as a Tuscan dipping oil, drizzled over salads, or in any recipe needing a little extra zip!

The final product does not require refridgeration and (if kept clean) will keep for several years after opening.
