Southasian Seasoning Oil A cooking oil brewed with a variety of techniques in small batches every few years and aged, our Southasian Oil was our second product after our Hot Pepper Oil, also refined over many years of experimentation. A blend of olive, canola, saffron, peanut, and sesame oils seasoned with select spices such as cinnamon, cloves, allspice, cardamom, malabar pepper, dried orange zest, and elderberries. Each batch has its own unique flavor and character. The final product does not require refridgeration and (if kept clean) will keep for several years after opening. Recipes marked with a green * make use of our Southasian Oil.
